MindEarth is a swiss company founded in 2018 by a group of data scientists, physicists, architects, urban planners with a passion for innovation and with a mission to realise: to ensure that technology and data are deployed to effectively support decision-making and local entrepreneurship, to the benefit all.
Our team is made up of talented, committed, and resourceful individuals from all over the world. Our clients are international – from NGOs to large private corporations and the public sector.

CEO & Founder
Urban planner and data scientist specialised in the study of complex networks. He holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering at EPFL and a postdoc at MIT and is co-founder of MindEarth.
Mattia Marconcini
Senior Data Scientist & Founder
Earth observation engineer and world leader data scientist in urban remote sensing and satallite technologies. He currently works as a Senior Scientist at the German Aerospace Center (DLR).
Enrico Ubaldi
Lead Data Scientist
Theoretical physicist with an expertise in the analysis of digital data with the aim to measure and characterize the dynamics and evolution of social and urban systems across space and over time.
Alessandra Feliciotti
Operations Manager & GIS Analyst
Urban Designer and Lecturer in Urban Design at the University of Strathclyde. She holds a PhD in Urban Design and has an expertise in urban morphology and community and spatial resilience assessment.
